Your specific needs are gathered through a brief online survey or you can call us directly at 800-822-2523, so we complete and review the requirments. The results from your Needs Assessment are then reviewed, and we will identify the providers from our list of licensed providers in your particular geographic area which most closely meet the needs you have identified for us, and then we call you to give you a list of homes to take a look at....
